1. The short version

  1. You use xivobooks to run your business and you are responsible for what you record in it.
  2. Your data is yours. You can export it or delete your shop at any time.
  3. The free plan is free; paid plans add features that cost us money to run.
  4. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it is provided as is. Keep your phone and backups safe.
  5. Use it lawfully.

2. Who provides the service

xivobooks is operated by VSQUARE TechSolutions Pvt Ltd, 3524/2, Narang Colony, Tri Nagar, Delhi 110035, India.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and authorised to run the business you register. Regulated businesses (for example pharmacies) remain responsible for their own licences and compliance.

4. Your account

Keep your password and phone secure. The shop owner manages staff accounts and signed-in phones from the app. Tell us at support@xivobooks.com if you suspect misuse.

5. What the service is not

xivobooks is not a tax, legal or financial adviser and does not guarantee regulatory compliance; check GST and other filings with your adviser. It records payments you enter; it does not move money.

6. Plans and payment

Free plan features are free. Paid plan prices are shown on the pricing page and include GST. If a paid feature is withdrawn we will give notice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use xivobooks for anything unlawful, to harm others, to break or overload the service, or to resell it without a written agreement.

8. Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using xivobooks and delete your shop from the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously break these terms, with notice unless the law or urgent harm requires otherwise.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
